  • Big Foot Bob and the Toe Tappers <br /> Michigan based “Big Foot Bob and the Toe Tappers” presents their audiences with a unique and entertaining approach to a wide variety of Classic R & B, Jump, Swing, Blues, as well as Original material. Since their inception over a decade ago, the band has ...grown from a four piece to a ten piece, constantly attracting seasoned, talented instrumentalists. Each member brings with them many years of experience and broad backgrounds from within the music industry. Live performance is exciting and eclectic. No bells, whistles or fog machines, just the style and caliber of performance that comes from skill, dedication, inspiration and a commitment to the music. The band is tight and energetic, but room for some “stretching out” is never denied. On any given night, original selections are accompanied by respectful arrangements of tunes by Hoagy Carmichael, Randy Newman, Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull), Les McCann, Stevie Winwood, Ray Charles, “Tennessee” Ernie Ford, Van Morrison, Otis Redding and a host of other fine musicians of the past and present.
